Tapping (EFT)

Tapping is newly set to revolutionize the field of health and wellness, the healing concepts that it’s based upon have been in practice in Eastern medicine for over 5,000 years. Like acupuncture and acupressure, Tapping is a set of techniques which utilize the body’s energy meridian points. You can stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power. Little similar to acupuncture, just without the needles.

All negative emotions are felt through a disruption of the body’s energy. And physical pain and disease are intricately connected to negative emotions. Health problems create feedback – physical symptoms cause emotional distress, and unresolved emotional problems manifest themselves through physical symptoms. So, the body’s health must be approached as a whole. You cannot treat the symptoms without addressing the cause, and vice-versa. The body, like everything in the universe, is composed of energy. Restore balance to the body’s energy, and you will mend the negative emotions and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption. Tapping restores the body’s energy balance, and negative emotions are conquered.

Come hydrated and with an open mind. I’m here to help and support you! What traumas/issues would you like to work on? How long have they held you back living the life you would love?

During Your Session

We will look at your present traumas/issues and release them through a guided tapping session. I will show you the meridian points, so you can continue working on the issue at the comfort of you home if you wish to. You will walk out feeling lighter, more relaxed and having tools for self-help.

Fear and anxiety are often the culprit of traumas and struggles in life. Through daily tapping anytime and anywhere (bathroom if at work, bedroom at home, car (not while driving)) you can release the overwhelm, discomfort and anxiety we often feel when we struggle in life. Enjoy sitting in my couch with your feet in a warm foot bath reading a magazine or a book while your body rids itself of toxins and waste. Relaxing and cozy!

Self Care Tips

Eating organic food like fruits, vegetables, wild seafood and grass fed animal protein can support your health in a different way without many of the toxins you just got rid of. You can support your body by daily walks, exercise or some kind of movement to activate your lymphatic system and your waste system. Feel free to ask for suggestions based on your current conditions.
